Her Royal Highness, the Princess Anne, is the second child and only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh. HRH Princess Anne competed at the 1976 Olympics in the equestrian three-day event. She did not approach a medal but had won an individual gold medal at the 1971 Burghley Three-Day Event, and won individual and team silver medals in 1975 at Luhmuhlen.
