Bruno Mingeon was a bobsleigh pilot, who led his French four-man team to a bronze medal at the 1998 Nagano Olympics. One year later, Mingeon piloted the same squad to a gold medal at the World Championships in Cortina d’Ampezzo. He also won a bronze medal in the two-man at the 1999 Worlds. With the same foursome, Mingeon won the 2000 European title in the four-man, and he also won a silver in the four-man at the 2002 Europeans.
