Dudley Storey competed at three Olympic Games (1964, 1968, 1972), winning a gold in the coxed four in 1968, and silver in the coxless four in 1972. He was better known for his administrative career with New Zealand rowing, and is considered responsible for many of the successes the Kiwis have had in international rowing.
