One of the greatest female guards to ever play basketball, Teresa Edwards played collegiately at the University of Georgia, where she was a consensus All-American in 1984 and 1985. Her record is unmatched by women in international competition. She won gold medals at the 1984, 1988, 1996, and 2000 Olympics, and a bronze medal at the 1992 Olympics, and her five Olympic medals, and four golds, are both Olympic basketball records.
