Stephan Feck

Diving star Stephan Feck became an instant sporting celebrity for an unfortunate botched dive during the London 2012 Olympic Games, but the German’s subsequent internet fame does not detract from his talents.

Feck is two-time Olympian who has also stood on the podium at the European Championships as a silver medallist on two occasions.

His most notable international medals came at the European Championships, winning silver in the 3m Springboard Synchro in Rostock, Germany in 2013 and - with diving partner Patrick Hausding - securing another second-place finish in Berlin in 2014.

Feck’s first Olympic Games saw him hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons when he scored zero points for a disastrous dive in the 3m Springboard after slipping.

His Olympic return in Rio was much more successful, Feck placing 17th in the 3m Springboard and finishing just outside the medals in fourth place with Hausding in the 3m Springboard Synchro.
