7:30 PM IST - Kick-off, East Bengal 0-0 ATK Mohun Bagan

East Bengal vs ATK Mohun Bagan is underway in Goa after a one-minute silence as homage to late Indian football Olympians Chuni Goswami and PK Banerjee.

7:15 PM IST - Habas vs Fowler: A battle of contrasting styles

Robbie Fowler is known to play possession-based football, while Habas has seen a lot of success in Indian football courtesy his pragmatic counter-attacking style.

For instance, in their 1-0 win over Kerala Blasters FC in the ISL 2020-21 opener, ATK Mohun Bagan had 40 per cent possession. They also completed just 60.3 per cent of the passes - the worst among any team in the first matchweek of ISL 2020-21.

Habas’ brilliance lies in converting the limited possession into wins and Fowler will have his work cut out for him against the experienced Spaniard whose tactics, on paper, seems to be the perfect counter to his own strategy.

We have been waiting for this match and we are glad the match is here. The boys are pumped for the big match - ATK striker Roy Krishna.
