Premier League football kicks off in 2021 with a host of intriguing fixtures in matchweek 17, including Chelsea vs Manchester City and Manchester United vs Aston Villa

After a host of positive COVID-19 results caused their last Premier League 2020-21 match against Everton to be cancelled, Manchester City seem set to travel to Stamford Bridge for their clash against Chelsea. Watch Chelsea vs Manchester City in the EPL live in India.

Manchester City will, however, be without as many as five of his first team players, including striker Gabriel Jesus and defender Kyle Walker who are in self isolation after testing positive for the coronavirus. Identities of other COVID infected players haven't yet been revealed by the club.

Chelsea, meanwhile, will hope new summer signings Kai Havertz and Timo Werner can hit form in 2021 after both German recruits struggled for consistency at the North London club so far.

Manchester United, meanwhile, have surged up the table of late after a poor start and currently find themselves in second position.

Manchester United are hot on the heels of Liverpool at the top of the EPL points table.

The Red Devils can go level on points with reigning champions Liverpool temporarily if they win on Saturday against Aston Villa.

The likes of Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba, though, will have their work cut out for them against a Villa side, who have surprised many this season and currently occupy the fifth spot.

With Liverpool set for a tricky away fixture against Southampton, three points from the contest may prove vital for Manchester United's bid for a title challenge.
