Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side have started their title defence with a bang, beating Leeds United 4-3 in the opening EPL fixture and following it up with a convincing 2-0 win over Frank Lampard’s Chelsea last week

Both star attackers Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah have been among goals. The addition of Thiago Alcantara from Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich and Diogo Jota from Wolves have only strengthened the Liverpool squad for this season.

Liverpool’s Thiago Alcantara impressed in his Premier League debut against Chelsea last week.

Like Liverpool, Arsenal, too, have won both their matches so far, thrashing new boys Fulham 3-0 in their EPL season-opener. Last week the Gunners scored a hard-fought 2-1 win against West Ham.

After Mikel Arteta took over the reins midway last season, Arsenal have looked impressive with their possession-based football and will back themselves for an upset win over the EPL champions in their own backyard.

Besides the Liverpool vs Arsenal blockbuster, fans can expect several more intriguing fixtures.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Manchester United will be looking to bounce back from their opening match defeat against Crystal Palace with a much-improved showing against Brighton to kick off this Premier League matchweek.

Chelsea face newly-promoted side West Brom away, Manchester City host Leicester at Etihad while Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur welcome Newcastle United to north London.
