Juventus will visit the Sardegna Arena on Thursday to face Cagliari after the Old Lady wrapped up the Serie A title with a comprehensive victory over Sampdoria on Monday.

Despite lifting the trophy, Maurizio Sarri will want to keep his boys sharp for their UEFA Champions League campaign that starts on August 8. You can watch live streaming of Cagliari vs Juventus.

Cagliari, on the other hand, will look for their first victory in July after Walter Zenga's men dropped points (4 draws and 4 losses) in their last eight matches.

Where they stand in the Serie A table

Juventus sealed the title race with 83 points from 36 games - with two matches to go - and a six-point lead over second-placed Inter Milan.

Cagliari sit 14th on the Serie A points table with 42 points after 36 games. However, if things go their way in the next two games, the Isolani will be optimistic about a top-10 finish.

Star striker Paulo Dybala and full-back Danilo were subbed off after they got injured during the first half against Sampdoria. And with the all-important UEFA Champions League second-leg coming up, Sarri will look to rest them against Cagliari.

Cagliari, meanwhile, will be without Nahitan Nandez, who has to serve a one-match ban after picking up a yellow card in their last fixture.

Cagliari vs Juventus head-to-head

The Islanders have played the Serie A giants 77 times in the top-flight, losing 40 times and drawing on 26 occasions.

Despite Juventus’ recent under-par performance on the road, Cagliari will hardly fancy their chances of a win, given their last win against the Old Lady came in the 2009-10 season.

Players to watch out for

All eyes will be on Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo, who is racing against time to win the Golden Boot this season. With 31 goals in 32 matches, the Portuguese international has now joined Felice Borel to be the highest scorer in a single season for Juventus.

However, with Lazio’s Ciro Immobile taking his tally to 34 goals in the last match, Ronaldo will need something special.

For Cagliari, however, Joao Pedro and Giovanni Simeone remain the biggest source of goals with the duo having 29 goals between them this season so far.

Where to watch Cagliari vs Juventus live
