Pablo Abian was the first Spanish man to win a badminton match at an Olympics. He shares how it felt to represent his country at... Beijing 2008, long before Carolina Marin hit global fame with her Rio 2016 women's singles title win. Abian told us it was "really good and positive" that her impact has raised the popularity of the sport in Spain, but is also focussed on his own targets - competing at the Tokyo 2020 Games in 2021 for his fourth Olympic appearance at the age of 36, and hoping to keep playing until 2024. "I still feel very good physically, with the same enthusiasm as at the beginning," he told us. Find out which tournament was his favourite so far, and why he's not ready to retire just yet.
